Our Story

Baked Habibi began as a dream we carried since we were little girls, standing side‑by‑side in the kitchen.

Those early moments shaped our love for cooking and our hope to one day build something of our own.

As we grew older, cooking became our weekend escape from our 9‑to‑5 jobs.

We moved to Barcelona because of the war in Lebanon, carrying our memories, our recipes, and the comfort of our culture with us.

We started hosting our friends from different cultures over small gatherings, simple get‑togethers that always seemed to end with everyone around one Lebanese Mezza table, feeling at home. The warmth, the feedback, the way people connected over our food made us realize this wasn’t just a hobby.

Today, Baked Habibi is the dream we finally chose to follow, born from the joy of cooking, the gatherings that brought people together, and the belief that our hobby could become something bigger.

With a professional culinary background, jessy leads everything that happens in the kitchen.

Recipe creation, ingredients sourcing, food safety, flavor innovation, she's the one ensuring every bite tastes like home but better.

Eliana Cheaib

Co-founder & Creative Director

With years of experience with multinational advertising agencies, Elly shapes the brand from strategy to storytelling. She handles marketing, content and the full creative direction.

She is also hands-on in the kitchen, because her creativity  doesnt stop at the screen, it flavors our food too.
